I'm a book nut, I absolutely love books. I have read many books and have even written a few myself. There is so much knowledge out there in books and I learned so much I still wish I had more time to read. The feeling and experience of a book is so different than reading online and I really prefer although I read online as much. Books are portable, require no power, and I do not get eyestrain and headaches potentials read a book like sometimes I do if I see a screentoo long.
When I read a book on business, I want to take me from distraction. I often read on airplanes, for example, or go sit outside in a quiet place. I turned off my phone and never try to multitask.
As I read, I think how I could apply any of the information I absorb, and I take notes. I write my good grades in the book itself, usually the back cover and inside pages is white. Each ticket will also have a page reference, and yes, I mark the pagestoo, which often emphasizes, starring and written comments as well.
This note-taking, it is so easy to go back and review the highlights of a book later! And I keep all my books kept fairly well organized so I can watch things quickly should I need or want later.
